All deposits are accepted and credited to your Account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in alternative currencies (including USDT) will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate applied by pk101 at the time of processing. Exchange rates are subject to change without prior notice.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay) are processed within one to three business hours during standard operating hours. Retail cash deposits are credited upon confirmation from the authorised deposit location. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are credited following the required number of blockchain network confirmations.
You must ensure that any funds deposited to your pk101 Account originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing funds from third-party payment accounts is prohibited. pk101 reserves the right to delay or decline any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder's own funds.
Withdrawals are available to Account holders who have completed the applicable KYC verification requirements. Accounts with pending KYC requests may have withdrawals held pending verification completion. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the applicable Wagering Requirements being met in full prior to withdrawal processing.
pk101 processes withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts in good standing are processed promptly, typically within 30 to 60 minutes during operational hours. If a withdrawal cannot be processed to the requested payment method (for example, due to an inactive JazzCash account), pk101 will notify the Player and request an alternative method. Unclaimed withdrawal amounts will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.
pk101 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible account holders. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published with each individual promotional offer. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence over these general Terms.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times on eligible game categories before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the individual bonus offer terms. Bets placed with Bonus Funds on excluded game categories do not contribute to Wagering Requirement completion.
pk101 actively monitors Account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation: placing bets that hedge against each other to fulfil Wagering Requirements with minimal risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; providing false information to claim a welcome offer as an existing player; and any other conduct that exploits promotional offers contrary to their intended purpose. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all Bonus Funds and associated winnings forfeited and may be suspended.

It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with applicable betting rules prior to placing any wager. In the event of any ambiguity, pk101's interpretation of its own betting rules is final.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk101 holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through pk101's formal complaint process by contacting pk101 support in writing.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaint process within 30 days of written submission, either party may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body specified by pk101's licensing authority. You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted in the English language. Nothing in this clause prevents pk101 from seeking interim injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where required to protect its rights.
